A continental board showing who stands at which of the twelve stages, updated as organisations move. Held and in progress appear together, so a stall is as visible as a step forward.

A published protocol for the work between the decision to certify and the certification audit. Each stage has a definition and an evidence requirement, so progress means the same thing in Kampala as it does in Lagos.

A maturity score that moves with the evidence rather than a one-time gap report. Scores are not sold, ranked for a fee, or displayed for payment.

An organisation at a given stage is matched with practitioners who have a record at that stage. The record does the introducing.

Where financing or programme support is available for certification, it is tied to the journey it funds. Partners see the progress they are paying for, stage by stage.

Training for the staff who carry an implementation inside their own organisation, so the management system belongs to the people who run it.

No organisation pays to appear in the registry or on the board. There is no paid ranking and no pay-to-display score. The platform is funded by membership, not by referral commissions from certifiers.

An organisation decides which parts of its journey are public and may withdraw them. The record belongs to the organisation that made it.

Aggregate journey data is published openly by country, sector and standard, for regulators, national standards bodies, funders and researchers.

Phase one covers Uganda and its neighbours. Phase two extends to East Africa and francophone West Africa. Phase three covers West, Southern and North Africa.
